In this session, we’ll hear from Tennessee’s Commission on Aging and Disability (TCAD) on how they embarked on a technology and data transformation project over the course of a year. Ryan Ramsey, TCAD Deputy Director, will share his lessons learned on the value of good data and, importantly, how to lead a change management process to implement a new data system across multiple agencies. This topic is relevant to states, individual agencies, and networks that aim to meet the growing demands for real-time data and understanding beyond outputs to outcomes and impact.
